There are many different pathways into meditation. In both private and group classes we explore techniques for quieting the mind, concentrating awareness and entering meditation.
We also immerse in the wisdom of Yoga to condition our awareness so we can glide into meditation more easefully.
Doing conscious self-inquiry practices enables us to work with the fruit of our meditation practice – for example, to explore the insights that surface when we commit to a daily practice.
